General FAQ’s

  • Candidates

    1. Firstly, you will have to create a profile on the Salon Recruiter platform. Ensure that all of the required fields are entered and that your profile is complete.
    2. Once completed, your profile will be submitted to the Salon Recruiter team for review.*
      1. If your account submission is approved, you will receive an email and your account will be activated immediately.
      2. If your account submission is denied, you will be notified via email. You will also receive feedback as to why the account submission has not been approved. To ensure that the account is in good standing and ready to be re-submitted for approval, ensure that the required steps are taken as indicated by the Salon Recruiter Team. 
    3. You’re ready to start searching for jobs! As an active user, you will be able to browse through any and all job listings on the Salon Recruiter platform.
    4. You will be able to apply for any job. You will also be notified via email once a recruiter/employer wants to set up an interview. You can use the in-platform messaging system to confirm a date and time for the interview.
     

    Recruiters & Employers

    1. Firstly, you will have to create an account and register your business on the Salon Recruiter platform.
      Please note that you will be asked to provide specific verification documents and a high resolution company logo.
    2. Once you’ve finished adding all the relevant information to your profile, you will be prompted to select a subscription option and complete your first job listing.
    3. If you’ve completed the registration process, you will be redirected to our payment portal to complete your payment, based on your subscription selection and activate your recruiter profile.
    4. Once your account is active, you can begin browsing through candidates or list additional vacancies via your dashboard. 
    5. You can send messages via the in-platform messaging system and communicate with candidates directly. This will allow you to schedule interviews with your selected candidates and ask any follow-up questions.
